At RMS Fetal Centre, We care for pregnancies with complicated maternal medical conditions, fetal anomalies, and other pregnancy-related complications or high-risk situations.

Dr.P.Nithya M.S(O&G), maternal fetal medicine specialist at RMS Fetal Centre is uniquely trained in fetal diagnostic procedures, including state-of-the-art 3D and 4D ultrasounds, chorionic villus sampling, and amniocentesis.

Dr.Nithya is an expert in specialized procedures such as fetal blood sampling, intrauterine transfusion, and in-utero shunt placement to treat certain fetal conditions. We also have special expertise in caring for multiple gestations, including performing multifetal pregnancy reduction, selective termination, and radiofrequency ablation for complicated multiple gestations.

Our prenatal genetic counseling program provides comprehensive clinical and laboratory services to find any chromosomal abnormalities. We offer a comprehensive carrier screening panel that includes 281 genetic disorders.

If we find a genetic defect, we will provide you with comprehensive genetic counseling to help you make informed health care decisions prior to and/or during your pregnancy.

We offer an array of services for women who are high-risk. These services include:

• Care for maternal medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, lupus, and cardiac disease
• Diagnostic procedures, such as amniocentesis and percutaneous umbilical cord blood sampling
